This component's deceptively simple appearance belies its key role in the end product as a service water pump. Equipped with an extremely efficient, electronically commutated DC motor, the component's stator generates a magnetic field which acts directly on the rotor. This rotor is protected by a casing and fixed in place with a bearing pin. Both the rotor casing and the bearing pin are manufactured in-house.
