Seemingly simple at first glance, this component fulfils an essential function in the end product. It is a service water pump equipped with an extremely efficient electronically commutated DC motor. The stator generates a magnetic field which directly affects the rotor. The casing protects the rotor and is secured by a bearing pin. Both the rotor casing and the bearing pin are manufactured in-house. The rotor casing is made of stainless steel which has been heat treated to further increase its strength.
