The different spring discs are manufactured for their exact application using specific materials and fulfil high surface quality and flatness standards. These part have guaranteed precise tolerances thanks to our in-house double grinding process. Reliably producing narrow bars represents another challenge as these are punched in different ways depending on the variant.
