These components are manufactured from high-strength stainless steel and additionally tempered by heat treatment. The different spring discs are manufactured for their exact application using specific materials and fulfil high surface quality and flatness standards. These parts have guaranteed precise tolerances thanks to our in-house double grinding process. Another challenge is the process-reliable manufacturing of the narrow webs, which are stamped differently depending on the component variant.
